Draft for the owner to review. This is not legal advice and it is not a finished policy.
Booking policy
A request is not a confirmed table unless the screen says “Booking confirmed”. In manual approval, the screen says “Request received” and the restaurant still has to accept it.
Times shown online come from the tables that are free for the length of the sitting. A time can disappear if another guest takes it first.
Guests can cancel from their private link until the cutoff configured by the restaurant. Inside that window, the restaurant has to cancel the booking. No deposit or payment is taken on this website.
Large parties are asked to enquire rather than book a time that the room cannot hold.
The restaurant should replace this draft with its own notice, cancellation window, and any policy on late arrival or dietary confirmation.
