Draft for the owner to review. This is not legal advice and it is not a finished policy.

Privacy

Casa Di Amici keeps the details guests give when they reserve a table or send a private dining inquiry: name, email, optional telephone, party size, date, time, and any notes about food or access.

Those details are used to hold or request a table, to reply to an inquiry, and to run the service. They are not sold. They are not used for advertising.

A guest management link is a secret. Anyone with the link can view or, within the cancellation window, cancel that booking. The link expires.

Staff accounts are separate from guest bookings. Session cookies for staff are httpOnly and are used only to open the administration area.

Reservation records are kept for the retention period set by the restaurant, currently shown in the administration settings. After that, guest contact details on finished, cancelled, or missed bookings can be removed with the prune command. A guest who wants a record deleted sooner should contact the restaurant once a telephone or email has been published.

This website does not add analytics or advertising scripts by default. If the restaurant later adds them, a consent notice appropriate to those scripts and the operating region should be added first.

The restaurant must replace this draft with a notice that matches where it operates, who it shares data with, and how guests can make a request.
